All payments are processed through our booking software partner (ConvertLabs), and Stripe, and you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your payment details. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise stated.

You may have the opportunity to upload or submit content (e.g., comments, reviews, photos, etc.) to the Services. By submitting content, you grant DireX Handyman Pros a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, modify, distribute, and display your content in connection with the Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.

We will, however, be transparent regarding what issue was reported, what our initial observations have confirmed, the solutions we will provide, the tasks completed, how it was completed, what materials were used/purchased, as well as testing to confirm issue has been resolved to the best of our abilities.
